Does Soft Washing Actually Work?

How Often Should You Clean in This Climate?

For most homes in the Lowcountry, plan on a full exterior soft wash every one to two years. Homes with significant tree cover, a lot of north-facing surface area, or a history of fast regrowth should lean toward annual cleaning.
